Is there a formula with which you can convert Charpy impact values of a given duplex ss testpiece to impact values @lower temp (same wallthickness/ same weldingprocess etc), thus avoiding the need for retests. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
In the BPV world, working with CMn steels you are often confronted with values as 15 lbs av. impact requirement with one testvalue not below 10lbs. I realised not to know for sure where these values origine from.
