    C# or C++ or C.net compiler choice

    I have currently been starting with a MFC dialog program and I would like to choose a compiler for some motion control and engineering calculations. Can someone provide some helpful ideas on picking the correct compiler. I have programmed only one simple program in Visual C++. Thanks.
