    Balcony Loadings

    What loadings should I use for calculating the timbers required for a balcony? I appreciate the normal loading is 1.5kN/m2 plus ceiling & deck load of about 0.4kN/m2 but do I need to include a snow loading or is this only required for roofs rated for "access for maintainance purposes...
