When i enter the sketcher mode and start creating any entities those are preety fast and easy to create except for the fact that when i create a centreline inside the sketch the system hangs like hell...

I need a clarification.
When we use a join or a healing command, there is a arrow seen over the surfaces which is flippable.
Can anyone clarify with a suitable example as to what for it is and its significance.
