Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding the requirements for secondary containment for facility piping.
The piping varies in size and is steel/metal pipe. Some of the pipe has threaded fittings, some is welded.

I am trying to determine all of the loads on a underground strucutre (5 Diameter) Atleast 9' deep. The structure is 22' away from a rail road line. Do I need to worry about a lateral surcharge from the railroad.

I have searched the internet, and the only thing that I have found is a Cooper E80(Type of train?) loading. I still dont know what a E80 Load is(i.e. 10,000, 20,000 #s).
