Materials Paragraph 4.4 references ASME B16.5 "Annex C". My problem is I can't find an Annex C in B16.5. There is an Non-Mandatory Appendix C, but that is related to calculating bolt length. Any ideas what this refers to?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent a blower from going into surge in a VFD application? Since the blower is going to operate at different speeds, it seems that just looking at one pressure will not protect the system at other (higher or lower) speeds.
