Is anyone using Imageware to reverse engineer point clouds into solid (UG) models ? I'm interested in specific process, and Imageware's relative ease of use. Has anyone discovered any useful point cloud processing capability within UG ? Also, does anyone know : When is the next release of...- jsmc

ALTREPS
Is anyone successfully using altreps ? We've been using multiple reference sets to depict parts that can take on more than one configuration, depending on how/where they're applied (hoses, cables for example). WindowsXP - need more memory
We use UGV18 and ProE2001 on Win2K platforms. A UG session will consume 1.9Gig of RAM, before running out of memory and crashing: ProE 2.2Gig (this according to information read from the Windows task manager). Incidentally, multiple sessions of UG and/or ProE will each run to the above limits...- jsmc
