what is the a suitable STELLITE ELECTRODE can be used for SS304 material due the required material is not avaliable in our market STELLITE – 6.
Can be used alternative STELLITE – 12 insted of STELLITE – 6?

3/4" pipe has leaking from half coupling which is conneting ot headers.
Do you have idea to arrest the leak without use sealant injection box?
* Fluid is Ethylene oxide with some gases.

Due to overhual of exchanger we found that, hard scale inside tubes and most the tubes are blugged and have Bulging.
we tried to clean it by 10000 psi water jet but still the tubes are blugged and difficult to clean it.

Magnetic particle test is type of NDT (Non-destructive test) and can't used at high temperature (limitation temp.)
Is there any liquid using in magnetic particle test at High temperature.
