    Tapping arms

    I am looking for a air powered tapping arm machine that can tap upto M26 or M30 if possible in Mild steel. Does anybody know of a company who may have such a machine.

    I am trying to drill 25mm holes through 40 thick Monel 400. Has anybody got any tips i have tried high speed drills, Allied maxcut drills and U-Drills.

    Machining Hastalloy

    I am trying to mill a face on a Hastalloy casting. I am using a 100mm Dia face mill with Taegutec inserts type SEKT 12T3 AFTN-M GRADE TT8020. The problem i am having is the inserts are breaking after a short cutting time. Does anybody have experiance in this type of work.
