Wind Loads
Does ETABS take into effect the "Full & Partial Loadings" (Figure 6-9) of ASCE 7-98 with regards to wind loads? I am aware of the wind pressure coefficient but how does one apply all the different wind conditions required with this code???? Thanks in advance!- mpirez

Cracked Concrete Sections
Does anyone know if ETABS Plus (v.8.3.5) takes into consideration the reduced moment of inertia in the frame due to the presence of cracked regions along the lengths of the members? This is a requirement of ACI 318-99 section 10.11.1. Thanks, Monica- mpirez
