Does any one know what is the equivalent is in either Micro inches or metric Um ?

Is there any way of switching the Snap icons that appear when in sketch mode. I would still like to have the snaps available, but the icons clutter up the sketch.

Every time i start a new drawing and insert Standard 3 Veiws I end up with 4.
Where i would like a ISO view it always comes in as Front.
So I end up with 2 front views, any help would be most appreciated.

Hi I have a few slotted rods to draw but the problem is the pitch is Variable, (3mm pitch with every slot increasing by (x 0.014) total 116 slots.
Can you pattern with this variable pitch?

When I try to either move an object using a relative distance ,
lets say a line it is ok if I want ot move it 2.5 unit but below that nothing happens. is it something in my settings?

Hi I am trying to make a cavity mould using an assembly is it possible. I can do it ok with parts but am not sure how to make the assembly a solid model. Any help wil be gratefully received.

When I used Autocad 12 in the old days(good old Dos) I had a piece of software called I think Ballona which allowed me to add leaders with ballons or circles for detailing my assembles, is it possible to do this in Autocad 2002.

When I try to mirror a sub assemble in the main assemble it does not give me a correct mirror but just seems to copy rather than mirror, any help would be very much appreciated.

Iam using Windows millenium with P3 with 768 ram and am having real problems with Solid works hanging up, it sems to run ok but sometimes when I try to open a file or insert to an assemble I get the black sceen. I notice that I sometimes get a error message Spash not responding. Any sollutions...
Dumb question I know but I have this old drawing sent to me with a note diameter to be concentric to within 0.127mm T.I.R. Datum A. For the life of me I cannot remember what T.I.R. stands for. Thanks in advance JimP178
