I am using watercad to model a distribution system. Does anyone know how to model a pump that needs to maintain pressure zones to keep a tank from exceeding a certain HGL.

If I do a tabular hydrograph study on a site for pre vs. post development, do I have to take off-site into account, or can I just consider the changes on the onsite only.
I have seen several reports that refer to a calculation method called the SCS Unit Hydrograph. Is this the same as the Tabular method, or the graphical method as described in the TR-55 manual, both, or something completely different?
