Were testing a small system at our shop. We had a small powerflex4 drive with a 1.5 HP SEW motor and a gearbox (but no real load).
I didn't really understand but we had 4A at 60HZ, 5A at 30HZ and 4A at 10HZ.
The drive was set to constant torque.
Can someone explain that to me ...
Our plant is in its 11th years of existence. As i can see, 25% of all our VFD had failure. We do use Allen-Bradley and Toshiba. Of what i can figure out is that 12-13 years seems to be the average life of a VFD. What do you think of that? Does someone disagree ?
