I am currently working on a very old and large hydraulic forging manipulator.
We are scheduled to replace all the bronze bushings in this machine. Going over the drawings I noticed material designations I have never encountered before.
One is an Rg13 which I thought was common 660 bronze until...

i am looking for some links to approved uses of steel forging scale.
in the past few years there were many articles for recycling this material, but nothing currently.
we are now hauling our scale to landfills and the disposal costs are enormous.
some manufacturers recycle their scale in melt...

i am looking for design information on large liquid nitrogen cryogenic deep freeze boxes used in the heat treatment of large steel forgings.

i am working on a hydraulic manipulator that was built in germany probably 50-60 years ago. this is a 60 ton forge manipulator that uses water as the hydraulic medium at 100 bar accumulator pressure.
i am re-manufacturing some of the old valving and the print is in german, no problem in itself...
