    Any tips to reduce porosity of laser welds?

    I am currently welding straight butt joints without porosity, but finding excessive porosity when welding angled joints. I have tried some different combinations of parameters, but haven't solved it. I am using fibre delivered cw Nd:YAG. Any suggestions gratefully received!
