from blank drawing space??

Can all you 2009 users please try this to see if it is a bug.
All our pcs crash if we do 3dorbit with any SOLID type hatch patterns present in the drawing.

What, apart from all the 3D stuff - does LT not do that the full version does??

Anyone know why when, for example, you goto draw a rectangle, and you want it to be say 100x100, you type in @100x100. But for some reason in Acad 2006 & 2007 the @ often doesn't appear, as though the keyboard is faulty (it isn't). This problem occurs on all our cadstations.

Does anyone know why the tool palette window keeps on opening up everytime i load ADT 2007 - I have selected it not to in workspaces, cui files etc but it refuses to stop, unlike all the other palettes which do obey me! ??

Does anyone use .stb styles?
I know the main advantages for using .ctb, and i think stb isn't the way to go (far too many disadvantages), but there are rumors that stb will be the way forward soon. Anyone know any advantages of stb over ctb apart from the obvious??
Has anyone found that if you have a sheet set, for say Mech, with 50 drawings, and you want to add another 50, its easier to delete current sheet set file and re-create a new one but with all dwg's (rather than import new dwgs as layout and muddling up all sheet numbers and order they plot etc)...

Does anyone know how easy it is to use solidworks after using Autocad (R14-2004 full versions) for 5 years? I do all my 3D stuff on autocad because i know most of the 4000+ commands (well at least 50%+) but I am apprehensive of accepting a job using solidworks as I think I'll loose 5 yearsworth...
