How would one determine the heating load for a warehouse where all that needs to be heated is the area near the ceiling to 45-50F. All they want to do is keep the pipes from freezeing. How should I determine the heating load for such a case?

How do you figure the total pressure of a cylinder with a mixture of two refrigerants? Will the total pressure be the pressure of the higher pressure refrigerant?
(I am not a military engineer....i am a mechanical engineer...i don't know how that got there.)
I am trying to estimate the total charge in my system and was wondering if anyone knew how much liquid refrigerant would be present in an evaporator coil during normal operation. I was told to assume 25% liquid and 75% vapor in the coil. Is this correct?
