I need to do a layout so that we can match two pipes together. I need to give the shop a template for the cuts in the pipe. Does anyone know how to make the cutting template?
The pipes will be at 45 degrees from each other.
Does anyone know where I can purchase the following tubing material?
qty (1) 5/16" OD x 0.035" wall x 75" long, DOM tubing, steel.
qty (1) 1 1/16" OD x 0.065" wall x 70" long, DOM tubing, steel.
I would need mat'l. certs also.

Where in B31.1 does it state the minimum wall thickness allowed for blowdown and blow-off piping used on a boiler rated at 75 psi?
A minimum of Sch. 80 pipe is given for pressures exceeding 100 psi, but not for anything less than that.
What is the minimum allowed at less than 100 psi?
Could someone explain to me what is meant by Section 6.1.7.5:
"Positive means (such as a self-centering taper or the equivalent) shall be provided to ensure seating of the gasket in the spot-face recess."
I am using a 1" OD x 0.766" ID x .0625" Thk. gasket.
