    C++ Builder 6.0 Stand-Alone Executable

    Does anybody know if C++ Builder 6.0 Personal Edition can be used to create Stand-Alone Executables? If it can't be used to create stand-alone executables, how is one supposed to run a given program? Do you HAVE to use the development environment to run your code? Thanks!

    Current Amplification.

    I am designing a traditional buck dc-dc converter to power a one watt LED at approximately 3.1VDC @ 350mA from a 12VDC source.
