    welding modelisation with patran

    Can someone tell me what is the best type of MPC (or an other feature) that can represent the behavior of 2 welded parts ?? I planned to use explicit MPC's, but I 'm not sure of that ... regards. nicolas

    patran converter

    Hi all . I m actually working on patran 2001 r2a, and I got a .db file, made with patran 2000; but I can't manage to open it. The file has been zipped and sent to me : can this cause a problem ??? I just wonder if some convertors are available... thanks for replying nicolas
