Remodel bump out for kitchen, will this foundation idea work?
I have a fifteen year old home, with poured wall basement. The project that I have is to cantilever 2x10 floor joists doubled up extending four feet past the foundation wall making an area 4x8 when finished. I would like to brick this. A large window will be used 6x6 feet and 32inch wide side...- yoccmj
