I am about to "spec" some 15kv breakers and I was wondering if there is a difference between them and reclosers.
Are the ratings different? Is a recloser a breaker with relaying?

I need to convert dwgs to pdf so I can distribute them without the dwgs being tampered with. What programs would you recommend?

I am trying to plot several dwgs. (65-70) that were last plotted on various size paper layouts. (ie. 11x17, arch D, arch c,)
I need all of these to plot to my standard for my 11 x 17's.
Can this be done without opening, changing, and saving all of these dwgs. separately?

I have noticed that when I use "save as" as well as other commands that I am only getting to use the command line now. I dont have the option to use a "Windows" drop down box. This is very annoying.
