    What is difference between a 15kv Breaker and 15kv Recloser

    Help! "save as" only gives me a command line.

    I have noticed that when I use "save as" as well as other commands that I am only getting to use the command line now. I dont have the option to use a "Windows" drop down box. This is very annoying. Anyone know the toggle to change this? Thanks in advance D Rogers
