I am developing a cost model for forging products. Can anyone give me direction on a good way to calculate the gross/net weight of a part from a print.

Does any one have any examples of Excel Workbooks that they use for piece price estimating or workbooks that have links, drop down boxes, and or any bells and whistles that I could add to mine to dress it up a bit:)
