    FAA/JAA engineering authority - DER

    Hello folks! Does anyone here have DER authiority, supported by FAA or JAA? I wish to apply for DER authority (mainly for component repair and engine overhaul), but I don´t know how to start. The only thing I know is that the applicant have to prove knowledge on FAR 145 & 33 regulations...
