I will like to know how to apply a load like:
q = 300t, where t is time. When apply this load the program in assign uniform loads , the progrman does not give the option to apply it.
There is another way to applied it?

I am using RISA 3D for seismic analysis with ASCE 7. The building is a gable frame with cranes. My question is : It is necessary to define diaphgragms in order to make the seismic analysis ?. The example of Risa don´t shows this necesity.
