    Torque values for bolts with flat, conical pressure, or split washers?

    Can someone identify a source where I might find standard recommended torque values for bolts or studs in electrical switchgear (copper or aluminum bus) when used with different types of washers. Specifically, flat washers, conical pressure washers (Bellville) or split washers?
