    Electronic control auto-power off based on current sensing and time delay

    I am looking for a module that could auto-power off a DC device after sensing lack of current above a pre-set threshold following a pre-set period of inactivity. Is there such a device available off the shelf or do I need to go down the route of Arduino? Thanks for any help in advance.
