Can you suggest me how do i decide the set point for a pressure switch for auto changeover of stand-by pump?
The system consists of two condensate pumps, one working and one stand-by, for a condenser, with a pressure switch at the discharge for auto-changeover.

Is there a method or system for continuous detection of water-ethylene glycol solution leakage into the condensate stream of a GW/Steam heat exchanger?
Would a conductivity sensor be suitable for the above purpose?
For a Steam system onboard a ship, we need to have an atmospheric dump condenser to dump any excess steam during periods of low demand. Is there any guideline on the sizing of the dump condenser? Should it be equal to the Boiler steam generation capacity?
