    Amada 3015 FOM2 4kw laser, 8-10mm problem with small holes

    have problem getting perfect cuts in 8mm material thickness. some holes gets melted too much on underside of sheet. what cutting data to adjust to get better cuts. the holes are 8mm diameter and should be ok., its nested with E02. tested different data and now i'm using same for E02 and E03...

    Amada Fom2 4kw cutting 20mm

    Hello. i have been cutting 20mm thick Laser quality S355 with oxygen and WACS 4mm nozzle and fairly pleased with the result. edges are a tiny bit angled, kerf being wider at the bottom. not sure how good quality cuts to expect and if this is as good as it gets with this machine or what to...
