    New construction build need some advice

    building a mono sloped/lean to/ skillion.. Goes by many names I just need the type of beam I should be using.. we hired a structural engineer and he’s ending up to be too busy to delayed and I just need an honest answer.. I am a software engineer so structural engineering is not my forte 😀...
