Tube to Tubesheet Strenght welds
Dear all, In ASME BPVC.Vlll.1-2017 Figure UW-20.1, there are acceptable welds. Is there any recommendation if one weld is better than the other or is this depend on the welding process? Do you have any recommendations, which one to use? Thanks for the help- KBO_BC

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Tube Failure, Water in Gas
Dear all, I have a Shell and Tube heat exchanger. Process gas on Tube 0.5barg, cooling water 5barg on shell side. Temperature of Gas inlet 170°C outlet 35°C. How can we avoid that water entering the following Process equipment (compressor) in case of a Tube failure? I can not reduce the...- KBO_BC
