    hello to all, i would like to know the correct billing multiplier for the following: our tenant has installed a GE V-63-A 480V check meter, with 2 CTs rated 350:5 and 2 PTs rated 240:480. our system is 240 volts line-to-line. thanks in advance to your replies dave.
