Creep deformed AISI 316L, is it possible to undo the deformation?

Hello guys, we use some Aisi 316L steel plates (50mm thk) as load on some components that have to be brazed. After many cylces the plates suffer of creep deformation. Is it possible to undo this deformation? Maybe with a solubilization applying some load on the deformed plates? Thanks.
