    Hydrotest Piping w/o Deadweight Tester

    Dear All, I need to Hydrotest of 38 mtrs of 4" underground pipeline, for which i want to avoid bringing of deadweight tester. can somebody help me on this and is there any statdard which specifies minimum length of the underground pipeline to use dead weight tester.
