    Beam Profile Discontinuous Error during Contact Anaylsis

    Folks- I'm doing a contact analysis using circular beams and a rigid element spike. The model will run and then the profile of the beam will become "discontinuous." The only error is that the contact displacement is too large, which is not helpful. Any suggestions on what is causing this?
