Free software steel section check

Oil console seismic and pressure
Hello to everybody. I'm new here and I have a question. I have to design an oil console, with american code ASME and seismic code ASCE 7-10 It's rectangular base, around 4x2m. Do you know where i can find an excel file where i can find shear force and moment at the base for such tank? or a doc...- polito87
