    Deformation of Rail

    I have a 29-1/2 ft diameter piece of 40# ASCE rail track. On this track there are 16 wheels 2" wide each with each wheel supporting approx 12,000 lbs of load. Does anyone know how to calculate the load capacity of 40# rail? Thanks
