    Moment caused by concentrated load on cantilever plate

    Hi, Does anyone know how to calculate fixed end moment cause by a point load acting at the end of a cantilever plate. Assume the plate is fixed. See picture attached. From some internet research I've done plate analysis is quite a complicated subject but I just need a conservative answer...
