    Incoloy 800 or Incoloy 840 which is better for immersion heater in tap water

    Incoloy 800 or Incoloy 840? Does anyone have experience which of these material is better suited (would last longer)in an application to heat tap water to create steam in small 2 to 3 gallon container? Thanks for you help.
