    Intemediate User unable to make simple dimension!

    (See Image) I don't have to make these very often however whenever I do I end up stumped for solutions. Simple pick of two points does not yield parallel dimension to geometry. I only get vertical and horizontal to sheet options when placing. What am I missing?

    Hidden lines NX10

    thread561-295526 Does anyone know if the method described by TOOST still valid in NX10. I have not had any luck after upgrading from NX8.5. The method involves using view dependent edit to show individually selected lines as hidden.
