    Calculate damping coeffiecient of a bicycle hand pump

    Hi, I am planning on using a bicycle hand pump as a viscous damper for a small project I am working on. I need to know the damping coefficent of the hand pump in order to put it in my later equations but cannot work out how to calculate it! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
