    I refer to a post in 2004 by PEDARRIN2 as follows "There is a formula for flow out of a container through an apurtance. It is Q=C(d)*A*(2gH)^.5 Q is flow rate in cubic meters per second C(d) is .6014 A is area in meters g is 9.81" Can anyone please explain "C(d) is .6014"

    Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy AWWA M11 design steps for crotch plate, collar and wrapper. I need to do some designs urgently and have not done this (manually) for many years. I am in South Africa and nobody I know has this spec.
