    PTH to SMT

    Ok, So I've got the through hole PCB pretty much completed and now I want to see how small I can make an equivalent with surface mount technology. How do I find the max. wattage the equivalent SMT components can handle? joecad

    Freeware Pspice says it will only handle 10 transistors.

    I need to find the heat problem before I breadboard again. However, freeware ver. says it will only simulate up to 10 transistors and I have 14. I'm looking for a way around this for my PCDrill project. Looking for ideas? PS Thanks to those posts on my previous question re. PN2222. joecad

    Transistor, Data Sheet, PN2222, Two diff. pin configs on spec.

    Does anyone know the correct pin config. for the transistor, PN2222, My specsheet has two conflicting configs. Also is there a way to test cbe on this part with a simple volt meter. Thanks, joecad
