    PWHT of existing equipment

    Hi. We are doing additional nozzle installation on existing equipment which was undergone PWHT 10years before due to installed material. Can we do the local PWHT after installation of nozzle?. Is it require to check the material strength before local pwht? If yes what parameters needs to be checked.
