Is there a credible risk of chloride pitting or SCC in production lines/risers (flexibles with 316 and 304 carcass) and or produce water reinjection duplex lines (no sea water) handling deaerated produced fluids with chloride concentration of up to 100,000 mg/l, at temperatures up to 120°C.

Can anyone recommend a potential flushing frequency for a dead leg line with potential for stagnant fluid causing internal corrosion (degradation of flexible flowline carcass). The line is a 6” Production Jumper- 316 SS carcass - MAOP 200 barg from well to manifold.
I am looking to define the required flushing frequency for dead leg line that exists between a subsea well and a manifold. Any suggestions on typical frequencies and procedures will be much appreciated.
Temporary Carbon Steel (CS) blinds without specified 625 overlay, were installed with 625/825 gaskets (as specified) and coated CS bolting (again as specified) at a 22Cr Duplex dead subsea tree with a threat of excessive sweet corrosion can it be said that either of the following blinding...

I have an issue with a leak at the mid water flange of a 12” production line the corrosion of the gasket is considered a possible failure mechanism, since, the gasket material is 316L and the ring groove, flange face and bore are Inconel 625 clad. I am looking to ascertain the suitability of...
