    Measuring low flow with oil vapor present

    What is the best method for measuring low air flow with oil vapor mixed in? I just want to measure air flow; the oil is inconsequential. The flow will be around .006 lbs/s and a psid of 1-10. I am worried that if I use a delta-P orifice or venturi measuring station the oil vapor will coalesce...
