    nx5 to nx7.5 sketcher dimension height

    this is more annoying than anything. ok i open a part last used in nx5 into nx7.5 make changes to the sketch now the new dimensions text height in sketcher is much bigger then existing. it looks like for whatever reason the new dimension height is being controlled by drafting annotation...
