    Tangodog, Without knowing what exactly your application is I would suggest Acetal as a very suitable material for your application. I'm not exactly sure of its PH value or its suitability to the compression molding process but suggest that you contact DuPont and ask about their Delrin resins...

    I've bonded PC sheet to ABS mouldings in the past with no problems. After trialling quite a few glues I found the 3M 2 pack adhesives used in conjunction with a mixing nozzle applicator to be the most effective.
