    Can I place a 25hp Toshiba electric motor next to a magnetic pulley?

    I'm designing a conveyor drive that utilizes a 42" diameter magnetic pulley, and I was wondering if placing a 25 horsepower Toshiba electric motor in close proximity (16")to the pulley would cause any disruption in the motor operation. Any thoughts?
