    Unidentified Pipe in ASME B31.8

    What is the exact definition of "Unidentified Pipe" which is addressed in para.817(ASME B31.8)? Is it possible to consider an unknown pipe as "Unidentified Pipe"? (perhaps, unknown pipes are rejected products of pipe manufacturing company!)
